SRINAGAR, Apr 4: At least six people were injured in a road accident on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway near the Mirbazar area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday. Officials said a vehicle lost control near Mirbazar on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway and hit the divider. Six people were injured in the incident and were immediately shifted to GMC Anantnag for treatment. “The injured have been identified as Nusrat (40), wife of Mohammad Jabar Kasina; Sirat Jan (9), daughter of Mohammad Jabir Kasina; Sajjad Ahmad (19), son of Manzoor Ahmad; Azraar (14), son of Mohammad Khalid; and Abrar (13), son of Mohammad Jabir — all residents of Bakerwal Chack, Qazigund,” they said. |
