MLA Arvind reviews development works in Kotli Colony

JAMMU, Apr 4: Strengthening his commitment to the holistic development of Jammu West, MLA Arvind Gupta today conducted an extensive visit to Kotli Colony Janj Ghar, Ward No. 25, to inspect and expedite various ongoing and pending infrastructure projects. The visit was aimed at ensuring that developmental works are progressing in a time-bound and efficient manner to enhance the quality of life for the residents of the area.
Accompanied by Mandal President Kushant Daffara, former Corporator and senior BJP leader Arun Khanna, AEE JMC Ravi Sharma, and JE JMC Mukesh Gupta, MLA Arvind interacted with local residents and officials to assess the current status of infrastructure projects and discuss ways to overcome bottlenecks in their execution. He emphasized the importance of direct communication with the people to address their grievances effectively and ensure their concerns are promptly resolved.
During the inspection, MLA Arvind took stock of road maintenance, drainage improvements, sanitation facilities, and other essential civic amenities. He assured the public that all pending projects would be completed without unnecessary delays and in strict adherence to quality standards. He also highlighted that special attention is being given to addressing issues related to water supply, street lighting, and waste management to create a cleaner and more sustainable urban environment.
Reaffirming the BJP's commitment to development, Arvind Gupta stated that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Jammu and Kashmir is witnessing a new era of infrastructural growth and urban transformation. He urged the concerned officials to accelerate the pace of work and directed them to ensure timely completion of all projects.
He further stated that the welfare of the people remains the topmost priority and that no stone would be left unturned in meeting their developmental aspirations. He expressed confidence that sustained efforts in the region would pave the way for a more prosperous and well-equipped Jammu West.
Residents of Kotli Colony welcomed the MLA's proactive approach and appreciated his commitment to addressing their issues. They expressed hope that the development initiatives undertaken under his leadership would lead to lasting improvements in the locality.
