Cluster University Jammu Shines at 3rd AIU National Women Student Parliament | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 10: Students from Cluster University of Jammu made a historic mark by securing the 5th position out of 27 national universities at the 3rd AIU National Women Students Parliament 2024-25, hosted by Centurion University of Technology and Management, Odisha. Representing Jammu & Kashmir, Miss Aakrida Mahajan, Miss Ridham, and Miss Aayushvi Sharma showcased exceptional leadership and debating skills at the prestigious national event inaugurated by Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, Governor of Odisha. The event saw participation from over 100 women student leaders from top universities across the country. The team was guided by Dr. Shubhra Jamwal, Assistant Dean, DSW, and Dr. Raj Shree Dhar, Dean Student Welfare, whose mentorship was key to the students' success. Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.S. Chandershekhar lauded the team's stellar performance, calling it a proud moment for the university. During the three-day event, students debated critical issues like One Nation One Election, the Telecommunication Bill, and the Uniform Civil Code (UCC). The Cluster University team impressed judges with their eloquence and insight, reaching the semi-final stage.
