JAMMU, Apr 11: Following the transfer of Justice Atul Sreedharan, the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has reconstituted the committee tasked with hearing officers of the 2000 and 2001 batches of Munsiffs who may be affected by the re-fixation of their seniority as per a court judgment.
As per the modified High Court Order, the new committee will comprise Justice Sanjeev Kumar, the Acting Chief Justice, Justice Rajnesh Oswal, and Justice Mohammad Akram Chowdhary. |
