SRINAGAR, Aug 25: Jammu and Kashmir police on Monday recovered a rusted grenade near here, officials said.
The grenade was found lying in a garbage dump by a police party during patrolling at Iqbal Colony in Safakadal area of downtown city, the officials said.
The area was immediately cordoned off and the explosive device was subsequently removed from the scene, they said. |
