JAMMU, Sept 9: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered an enquiry against Ravinder Bhagat, former Patwari Akhnoor Khas, presently attached in DC Office Kathua, in connection with FIR No. 06/2022 registered by ACB under the Prevention of Corruption Act and IPC provisions.
As per an order, the Tehsildar Akhnoor has been appointed as the presenting officer to conduct the proceedings under J&K Civil Services Rules, 1956. |
