Jammu, Oct 7: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has reconstituted the Selection Committee for appointing the Chairperson and Members of the J&K Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
As per a Government order, the committee will be headed by the Minister for Social Welfare as Chairperson, with the Administrative Secretary of the Social Welfare Department and the Secretary of the Department of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs as Members.
The panel will prepare a select list and submit recommendations to the Government, ensure adherence to the J&K Child Rights Commission Rules, 2022, and prepare a wait list of two candidates for each post valid for three months. |
