SRINAGAR, Oct 31: Secretary, Legislative Assembly, Manoj Kumar Pandita today laid on the Table of the House a copy of “The Members of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly (Disqualification on Grounds of Defection) Rules, 2025.”
