AM Kia unveiled All-New 'Badass Seltos' in Jammu

JAMMU, Jan 22: AM Kia successfully unveiled the All-New 'Badass Seltos' and announced its prices starting at Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom)* at its dealership on Akhnoor Road, Opposite Pillar No. 52, Toph Sherkhania, Jammu. The grand launch marked a significant milestone in the region's automotive landscape, introducing an SUV that set new benchmarks in design, technology, safety and performance.
The launch event witnessed an enthusiastic turnout of customers, automobile enthusiasts, media professionals and prominent digital creators from across Jammu, reflecting the strong anticipation surrounding Kia's most advanced Seltos yet.
The prestigious event was graced by Chief Guest Jasmeet Singh, JKAS, Regional Transport Officer (RTO), Jammu and Guest of Honour Parvinder Singh, Chief Patron, All J&K Transport Welfare Association And Jagjit Singh, ASM, Kia India who appreciated Kia's emphasis on innovation, safety and responsible mobility. Their presence added distinction to the occasion and highlighted the importance of progressive automotive solutions in the region.
The successful launch was held under the visionary leadership of Chairman Jatinder Gupta, Directors Ankur Mahajan, Aryan Mahajan and Sahira Mahajan, reaffirming AM Kia's position as a trusted and customer-focused automotive destination in Jammu & Kashmir.
Built on Kia's global K3 platform, making its India debut, the All-New Kia Seltos represented a clear evolution in scale, sophistication and capability. With a segment-leading length of 4,460 mm, enhanced width of 1,830 mm and a longer wheelbase of 2,690 mm, the SUV delivered a commanding road presence, superior ride stability and exceptional cabin roominess strengthening its benchmark status in the mid-SUV segment.
The exterior design embodied Kia's 'Opposites United' philosophy, featuring the striking new Digital Tiger Face, Ice Cube LED projection headlamps, Star Map LED DRLs and connected LED tail lamps. Sporty 18-inch crystal-cut alloy wheels and first-in-segment automatic streamline door handles further reinforced its confident and contemporary SUV character. The All-New Kia Seltos was introduced in 10 mono-tone colour options, including the newly added Morning Haze and Magma Red shades.
Inside, the All-New Kia Seltos underlined Kia's mass-premium positioning with a refined, technology-led cabin. Highlights included the 75.18 cm (30-inch) Trinity Panoramic Display Panel, premium leatherette upholstery, ventilated front seats, a 10-way power-adjustable driver seat with memory, Premium Bose 8-speaker audio system, 64-colour Ambient Mood Lighting, and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, elevating the overall driving and ownership experience.
Safety remained a core focus with the All-New Kia Seltos. The SUV featured a robust 24-standard safety package, including six airbags, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Hill-Start Assist Control (HAC) and more. This was further enhanced by a Level-2 ADAS suite with 21 autonomous features, supported by a 360-degree surround view camera and Blind View Monitor, significantly strengthening occupant protection and driver confidence.
Manufactured at Kia India's state-of-the-art Anantapur facility, the All-New Kia Seltos further strengthened Kia's presence in the high-growth mid-SUV segment and underscored the brand's long-term commitment to the Indian market.
