Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 22: Students of Humanity Public School, Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana once again demonstrated their sports excellence by making a strong mark at the 69th National School Games Basketball Championships, bringing pride and honour to the institution. The school proudly participated in the U-19 Boys and Girls Basketball Championship, which was held at Barmer, Rajasthan, from 02 January 2026 to 06 January 2026. The school was ably represented by Akshat Singh, Manyata Billowria, and Smiley Sharma, students of Class 12th, who showcased remarkable discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit while competing against teams from across the country. Further adding to the school's achievements, Jahanvi Pathania of Class 10th represented Humanity Public School in the U-17 Girls Basketball Championship, organised at Raipurgaon, Chhattisgarh, from 11 January 2026 to 15 January 2026. Her participation at the national level reflects the school's consistent efforts to identify and nurture young sporting talent. To acknowledge and celebrate these achievements, a felicitation ceremony was organised on the school premises. The students were honoured by the Principal, Gaurav Charak, Vice Principal, Anku Charak and the In-charges of different wings, who appreciated the students for their dedication, perseverance, and sportsmanship. |
