KAPURTHALA, Feb 6: Rail Coach Factory (RCF), Kapurthala organized the Vishisht Rail Seva Puraskar and Rail Seva Puraskar Function for the years 2024 and 2025 with great enthusiasm to recognize and honour the outstanding contributions of its employees. On this occasion, P. K. Mishra, General Manager, RCF Kapurthala, felicitated the award winners for their exemplary dedication, sincerity, and meritorious service rendered to the organization. The awards were conferred upon officers and staff who displayed exceptional performance and commitment in their respective fields. 49 employees and officers were honoured with above awards in the function. Besides individual awards, the General Manager also presented Shields to various offices and departments for their remarkable achievements and meritorious work in the fields of Safety, Environment Management, Quality, and Best Office Keeping. These accolades highlighted the collective efforts in maintaining high standards of efficiency, discipline, and workplace excellence at RCF.
Addressing the gathering at Waris Shah Hall , Shri P. K. Mishra congratulated all the awardees and emphasized the importance of teamwork, innovation, and adherence to safety and quality norms. He elaborated on the significant achievements of RCF Kapurthala during the years 2024 and 2025, including improvements in productivity, quality enhancement, environmental sustainability initiatives, and overall organizational performance.
The General Manager expressed confidence that such recognition would further motivate employees to strive for excellence and contribute towards achieving higher benchmarks in coach manufacturing and organizational growth. Bharti Mishra, President Women Welfare Organization and it's team, all Principal HOD's, Officers, Members of unions and Associations, awardees and their family members were present during the function.
