The total gross receipts for 2026-27 are estimated at Rs 1,27,767 crore, including provision for ways and means advances of Rs 14,000 crore. The net budget estimates stand at Rs 1,13,767 crore, comprising Rs 80,640 crore revenue expenditure and Rs 33,127 crore capital expenditure.
Own revenues (tax and non-tax) are estimated at Rs 31,800 crore. Central assistance of Rs 42,752 crore and CSS allocation of Rs 13,400 crore are expected. The fiscal deficit for 2026-27 is estimated at 3.69 percent, while the tax/GDP ratio is projected at 6.6 percent. The GDP for 2026-27 has been projected at Rs 3,15,822 crore, showing a growth of 9.5 percent. |
