| J&K police distributes school kits among needy students | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 6: As part of its Civic Action Programme (CAP), J&K Police on 05.02.2026 organized a community outreach event at Government Primary School Partap Singh Pura, Deoli, a remote village in the jurisdiction of Police Station Bishnah and distributed school kits including bags & stationery among needy students.
While interacting with the students, SP Headquarters Jammu, Irshad H. Rather-JKPS; SDPO R S Pura Gurmeet Singh-JKPS & SHO Arnia, Inspector Dilawar Kumar & SI Mohd. Zahid of Police Station Bishnah encouraged them to focus on studies, participate in extracurricular activities. They also assured continued support from J&K Police for the welfare of underprivileged students.
The local community and parents appreciated the initiative and expressed gratitude to J&K Police for their efforts in supporting education and promoting community welfare. |
