Early Times Report NAGROTA, Feb 21: In a vibrant display of creativity and civic consciousness, the Road Safety Club of Government Degree College Nagrota organised a Poster-Making Competition aimed at sensitising students about the critical importance of road safety. The event was conducted under the patronship of the esteemed Principal, Prof. Anjali Mahajan, whose consistent encouragement of student-led initiatives continues to foster a culture of awareness and responsibility on campus. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across all semesters, reflecting a collective commitment. Through compelling visuals, striking slogans, and powerful messages, participants highlighted pressing issues such as traffic rule violations, helmet and seatbelt usage, over-speeding, and the dangers of distracted driving. After careful evaluation, the panel of judges declared Shabana of B.A. Semester IV as the First Prize winner for her impactful and artistically refined poster. The Second Position was secured by Ansh of B.A. Semester II, while the Third Position was jointly clinched by Tanu Kroch and Rehana of B.A. Semester IV. |
