Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 10: The Welfare Committee of Sector-3, EVS Colony, Lower Roopnagar is organizing an eight-day Shrimad Bhagwat Katha. Today was the second day of the Katha, where Acharya Shumant Krishan Shastri Maharaj (Kanaya), a renowned Katha Vachak from Vrindavan, delivered a soulful and inspiring discourse before a well-organized and devoted audience. Acharya Ji beautifully explained the importance of remaining connected with Sanatan Dharma, especially in present times, to strengthen moral and spiritual values. He emphasized that Grihastha Dharma is one of the most important paths in life when lived with devotion and righteousness. The continuous chanting of "Radhey Radhey" along with melodious Bhajans created a deeply devotional atmosphere and mesmerized the audience. He also highlighted that India, being a multi-religious country, celebrates festivals like Ram Navami, Shivratri, Janmashtami, Holi and many more, keeping the spirit of Dharma alive.
