| Aspirational Block Khawas gets maiden ATM facility | | |

RAJOURI, Apr 3: Marking a significant step towards strengthening financial inclusion in remote areas, the first ATM was today installed in Aspirational Block Khawas under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma. The newly installed ATM of Jammu and Kashmir Bank was inaugurated by Deputy Advisor, NITI Aayog Dr. Muni Raju SB. Speaking on the occasion, the DA appreciated the efforts of the District Administration Rajouri for extending essential banking facilities to far-flung areas, stating that such initiatives play a crucial role in promoting financial accessibility and inclusive development. Later, Dr. Muni Raju SB visited Sub District Hospital Khawas and reviewed the healthcare facilities available for the public. He assessed the functioning of different sections. Interacting with the staff, he emphasized the delivery of quality healthcare services in rural areas. He also reviewed the saturation of key indicators under Sampoornata Abhiyan 2.0 and stressed the need for focused efforts to achieve the desired targets within the stipulated time-frame.
