Yoga session marks new beginning of energy and preparation for International Yoga Day

JAMMU, May 5: Today marked a refreshing and energetic beginning dedicated to the promotion of yoga. All members of the World Yog Institute participated in an early morning yoga session, creating a positive and vibrant atmosphere.
On this occasion, Yoga Guru Dr. Karan led a meditation session, guiding participants towards mental peace and mindfulness. He also officially initiated the preparations for the upcoming International Yoga Day celebrations.
The yoga session was held at Har Ki Pauri, Jammu, where Honorable MLA Vikram Randhawa graced the event with his presence and actively participated in the yoga practice along with the members of the World Yog Institute.
Adding to the spiritual significance of the occasion, respected Brahmgyani Mahant Manjeet Singh blessed Yoga Guru Dr. Karan and the entire team. All yoga participants also received his divine blessings.
In his message, Mahant Manjeet Singh emphasized the importance of practicing yoga and pranayama regularly for a healthy and balanced life. He expressed his happiness and appreciation for Yoga Guru Dr. Karan's dedication to spreading awareness about yoga across Jammu & Kashmir.
He further stated that Dr. Karan is promoting yoga using modern techniques and is bringing recognition to the nation at an international level. Mahant Ji assured his continued blessings and encouraged everyone to support this noble mission for the welfare of society.
On this occasion, Ashwani Kajuria, UED ExEn, Municipality Jammu, was also honoured by the World Yog Institute with a portrait of Lord Hanuman as a mark of respect and appreciation.
On this auspicious occasion, the team members of the World Yog Institute, including Respected Bansi Lal Gupta, Rajan Gupta, Vikash Chopra, Subash Chander, Ch. Balkar, Bittu (Simble Camp), Sunny, Suresh Gupta, Ashok, Sham Kalasi, and Rakesh Sawhney, also received blessings from Mahant Ji and expressed their gratitude.
