Early Times Report JAMMU, May 12: Dogra Degree College (Autonomous) organized a vibrant and memorable Farewell cum Carnival titled "Soulful Sign-Off" at the Dogra Educational Complex Auditorium. The event brought together students of B.A., B.Com., and BBA programmes in a joyous celebration filled with cultural performances, entertainment, interactive activities, and heartfelt farewell moments dedicated to the graduating batch. The event was effectively compared by Umar Wani and Sohani Angral, whose energetic and engaging stage presence kept the audience connected throughout the celebration.Ms. Aditi Khajuria delivered the Welcome Address and highlighted the importance of campus life, student bonding, and lifelong memories created through such events Dr. Bela Thakur, Director, DGC and Principal, DDC, addressed the gathering and encouraged students to move ahead with confidence, integrity, and determination while cherishing the values and experiences gained during their academic journey. The event featured a series of captivating cultural performances, including energetic dance presentations by students from different semesters and an entertaining stand-up comedy act. The carnival segment added excitement and enthusiasm through engaging games and activities, including Guess the Movie Challenge, Cup Stack Challenge, Pair Dance, Push-Up Challenge, and Open Mic sessions, encouraging active student participation and creativity. A major highlight of the programme was theRamp Walk Competition featuring Style & Grace, Pairs, and Question & Answer rounds. Participants impressed the audience with their confidence, elegance, and stage presence.
