KATHUA, May 12: Under the direction of Worthy Excise Commissioner Vaibhav Kohli, and Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive), Jammu, Sanjay Bhat. under supervison of ETO Excise Range Kathua, Kashish Sharma, the Excise Department Kathua today organized an Awareness-cum-Pamphlet Distribution Drive at Government Higher Secondary School Hatli (Kathua) on the theme "Say No to Drugs, Yes to Life" under the ongoing 100 Days Campaign Against Drugs. The programme served as an effective platform to educate young students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and other addictions. During the awareness drive, pamphlets carrying anti-drug messages were distributed among the students. A pledge against drug abuse was also taken by all participants. The initiative was conducted as part of the continuous efforts of the Excise Department to strengthen awareness under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and to encourage active youth participation in building a drug-free society. |
