JAMMU, May 25: A meeting regarding the identification of repair and renovation works required in the premises of Zonal Police Headquarters (ZPHQ) Jammu was held today in the Conference Hall under the chairmanship of SP Administration, ZPHQ Jammu, Shri Mohammed Latif, JKPS. Administrative Officer, ZPHQ Jammu, Shri Narendra Singh, JKPS, was also present on the occasion.
The meeting was convened to assess and identify necessary repair and renovation works in the ZPHQ Complex for improving the overall infrastructure and working environment. A six-member committee headed by SP Administration had earlier been constituted to conduct a detailed inspection of the premises and identify the required works for further submission to Police Headquarters.
All committee members attended the meeting. Besides, Sh. Javed Iqbal, J.E (PCD), along with In-charges and representatives of various sections and branches of ZPHQ Jammu, also participated and projected their requirements and suggestions concerning their respective offices.
During the deliberations, various repair and renovation works were identified and discussed, with special emphasis on improvement of office infrastructure, maintenance of the premises, and ensuring a better working environment within the ZPHQ Complex.
