Mental disorder is rising cause in today’s society. Today most of the people face mental illness due to high competition. However, in today’s time, people are not taking it seriously which causes them problems later on. Mental health is important because it affects our daily decisions. Making a poor decision can lead us to negative emotions which is where the mental health situation arises. There are many problems regarding mental health such as being judged when sharing about their mental health. From fear of that, they hide their sadness because they think they will be called weak in society. The second problem is about students, that they feel so stressed about their exams whether it is college exam or any competitive exam. Lastly, the people mostly spend their time on mobile phones which makes them feel alone in real life. This becomes the reason they can’t share about their mental health issues with their parents as well. This worsens the situation of bad mental health. To improve our mental health, the first step is to have open communication with parents or friends. This will help any person to find relief from their bad mental health situation. Second is meditation or exercise, which helps to balance both physical and mental health. Third, we should stop the excessive use of mobile phones and spend more time with family or friends. In conclusion, mental health should be discussed in society or with our family. It shouldn’t be considered a weakness to seek help for this. By creating awareness in society, we can solve this problem and support those in need. |
