REASI, June 19: Continuing its sustained drive against drug abuse under the Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan, District Police Reasi has registered a case against a drug consumer under the provisions of the NDPS Act.
Today, Police Station Reasi received reliable information that one person, namely Ankush Manhas S/O Lal Singh R/O Gran Morh, Tehsil and District Reasi, had allegedly consumed a narcotic substance near Katal Gran Morh, falling within the jurisdiction of Police Station Reasi.
Acting promptly on the information, the police verified the facts and registered FIR No. 111/2026 under Section 8/27 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Reasi. Investigation into the case has been initiated to find the source and related network of procurement
