| MLA Arvind Gupta inaugurates lane & drain construction work in Rehari Colony | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, June 22: Continuing his efforts to strengthen civic infrastructure in Jammu West, MLA Jammu West Arvind Gupta today inaugurated the construction work of a lane and drain near Sethi Halwai in Ward No. 24, Rehari Colony. The development project is being executed under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) at an estimated cost of Rs 10 lakh. Addressing local residents on the occasion, Arvind Gupta said that providing quality civic amenities and ensuring holistic development of all areas of the constituency remain his foremost priorities. He emphasized that the construction of the lane and drain will significantly improve sanitation, drainage facilities, and ease of movement for residents of the locality. The MLA stated that the project reflects the commitment of the government and public representatives to address the day-to-day concerns of people through timely infrastructure development. He added that strengthening basic infrastructure is essential for improving the quality of life of citizens and creating cleaner and better residential surroundings. Gupta further said that several developmental works are being undertaken across the Jammu West Assembly Constituency with a focus on roads, drainage systems, lanes, public utilities, and other essential services. He assured residents that every effort is being made to ensure that development reaches every ward and locality without discrimination. Highlighting his vision for the constituency, he reiterated that public welfare and development will continue to guide his work. He assured the people that their genuine demands and concerns would be addressed on priority and that he would remain accessible to them for resolving local issues.
