In today’s fast-paced society, the pressure to constantly achieve has created an invisible pressure or chronic burnout. While competition can drive innovation, an obsession with perpetual productivity is severely damaging the mental well-being. Societal expectations, Family expectations, Competition with others will also create stress and have lot harm to the mental ability. This mindset forces individuals into a cycle of overworking, As a result, many experience severe exhaustion, chronic anxiety, and a sense of detachment from their daily lives. The situation is further aggravated by digital culture, comparison and making people feel inadequate, the curse of being judged. All this impact the on the real life of individuals, they always have on their phones to escape from the reality because that may gave them lot more stress over their mind. Moreover, The students always have stress over their academics how they gona be represented if they lose from other competitors, how they gona face their families. This cause a very deep impact on the mental health issues that are like hamful toxins that slowly made them sick. By dismantling the stigma around seeking help and rejecting the “hustle at all costs” mentality, society can create healthier environments where individuals thrive emotionally, being attached to their parents, spend their free time in meditation and any other physical therapy (rather then always being on their devices to escape from reality) this might be a better step taken to overcome those mental health issues. |
