JAMMU, July 3: The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, Haq Nawaz Zargar, has directed all Judicial Officers of District Srinagar to strictly take up daily listed matters as per the CIS-generated cause list.
In a circular, the PD&SJ observed that it had come to notice that daily listed matters were not being taken up strictly in accordance with the CIS cause list, causing serious inconvenience to advocates and litigants.
The circular impressed upon all Judicial Officers to ensure strict adherence to the daily cause list in their respective courts.
It further warned that any deviation from the circular shall be viewed seriously. (JNF) |
