Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 1: Gandhi Nagar Welfare Society (Regd.) is a non-political, non-profit society. We have no party flag. Our only agenda is to make Gandhi Nagar better.
For a better Gandhi Nagar, we will work together with the Administration, elected representatives, and everyone to bridge the gap between residents and authorities.
Today, Gandhi Nagar Welfare Society (Regd.) held a press conference and officially announced the formation of the society with our full team.
We have been doing social work for Gandhi Nagar residents for a long time. We registered the Welfare Society to raise people's problems with the Administration and with our concerned Ministers, MLAs, and MPs.
With legal identity, we will now be able to serve people in a better way and put forward our demands and issues effectively.
Our Team & Vision
We have built a team that brings together the experience of senior citizens and the energy of the young generation to work together for healthy and positive change.
Gandhi Nagar has many issues that we will address. We will act as a bridge between the Administration and the residents.
Key Issues
Many works in Gandhi Nagar are going on under Smart City, but there are long delays in the process.
The main issue we will take up is the Gole Market Main Park. Its status and the department's planning are still not clear to residents even after a long time.
Whatever issues come before us, our entire team will work together to serve and resolve them.
Message to Residents
We felt the need for a legal identity to serve better, and now we are a registered society as per UT norms.
Through the press and media, we request people to support us so we can do meaningful work for Gandhi Nagar residents and for the better future of our coming generations.
Very soon we will start a membership drive and expand our team.
We welcome all people who want to do good welfare work and join us.
Our aim is to build such a strong society that our voice is heard and basic issues are resolved. Through this society, we envision a Better Gandhi Nagar. Please support us and share your suggestions.
