Jammu, Oct 24: Under the Mission Nirantar Milap, a team consisting representative from Records, The Mech Infantry Regiment, conducted outreach program for veterans and their dependents addressed by Lt Col Abhishek Kumar, SM at 23 Mech Inf on 19 Oct to 22 Oct 26.
The aim of Mission Nirantar Milap is to resolved pension related grievances of veterans at their door steps. Approximately 120 Veterans/ Veer Nari/ dependents attended the pgme to seek assistance on pension related issues.
Phase-V of Mission Nirantar Milaap covering North Zone of country.
This program has been envisioned under the guidance of Lieutenant General P S Shekhawat, PVSM, AVSM, SM, COS HQ SWC, Colonel of the Mech Inf Regt.
The team addressed grievances of veterans, many SPARSH related grievances were resolved on the spot. This program is being led by Brigadier P Sunil Kumar, SM*** Commandant MIC & S, msn being executed by Lieutenant Colonel Ashok Kumar, Chief Record Officer. This initiative will continue across the country for one. |
