KATHUA, Nov 6: J&K Police Kathua has arrested an absconder who was evading arrest for the last 05 years and executed the arrest warrant issued by Hon'ble JMIC Billawar under Section 512 Cr.P.C.
A team of PS Billawar arrested absconder Talib Hussain S/o Abdul Hamid R/o Lohai Malhar, Tehsil Lohai Malhar, Distt. Kathua in case FIR No. 108/2022 U/S 420/465/417/468/471/406/201 IPC registered at Police Station Billawar.
The said absconder was produced before the Court of Law and the arrest warrant U/S 512 Cr.P.C issued against him was executed. |
