| Dwitya, Tritya Sopan camp concludes | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 4: The four days long Dwitya and Tritya Sopan Camp, organized by Scouts and Guides wing of Model Academy in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Bharat Scouts and Guides Association today concluded at Model Academy. About 216 Scouts and Guides of prominent schools of the city namely, Model Academy, Jodhamal Public School, Oriental Academy, New Era Public school, Activity Public school, May Fair Secondary school, DBN School, Shastri Memorial School, Mayur Public School and Army Public School Badi Brahmana took part in the camp.
The objective of the camp was to create social awareness, develop life skills and instil values among the youngsters that would mould them into responsible citizens.
Dr Adit Gupta, Joint Director MIER was the chief guest on the occasion, appreciated the endeavour of the movement in providing right type of education and making the young Scouts & Guides physically fit, morally sound, spiritually awakened, mentally alert and ethically strong. |
