Mortar shell recovered in Ramgarh 11/23/2016 11:48:46 PM Early Times Report SAMBA, Nov 23: A mortar shell was found in a field situated in close vicinity of the International Border (IB) in Ramgarh of Samba district. "One Lal Singh, son of Teja Singh, resident of Babral in Ramgarh sector of Samba district today found 82 MM mortar shell in his field, police sources said.
