Maha Shivratri mela at Khoon on Feb 17 2/14/2015 11:34:24 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Feb 14: As per a circular issued by district administration Udhampur, District Development Commissioner, Yasha Mudgal, has directed all the departments to establish their departmental stalls in the annual Maha Shivratri mela to be organized at Khooneshwar Aap Shambhu temple, Khoon, Majalta. Being organized by Destitute and Handicapped Welfare Association (DAHWA)'s mela committee in collaboration with district administration, the mela is aimed at to raise awareness about government schemes among the rural masses besides promoting state's cultural heritage through cultural programs.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
