| RDA terms counter FIR against doctors fake | | | Jammu, Mar 1: Residents Doctors Association (RDA) has termed the counter FIR lodged by a lawyer against doctors as falsely fabricated.
As press release, Dr Zulfikar Ali Organizing Secretary RDA said after being booked for attempt to murder for mercilessly beating a Doctor on duty the so called protector of law namely Rafakat Hussain resident of Kargil Colony, Bhatindi Jammu originally from Poonch used all pressure tactics and then got a fabricated FIR registered under coercion by the some criminally motivated lawyers. The counter FIR has been registered against Doctors and to the surprise one of the Doctors was not even present in Jammu at the time of alleged incident. Being RDA president Dr Neeraj Sharma Registrar Medicine after receiving calls from his colleagues came to GMC control room only at 9:40 pm on 27 Feb 2015 and has been falsely implicated by the culprit Lawyer in retaliation to the strong protest by RDA after the shameful incident. " How can you name a Doctor in a FIR who was at his home about 30 kms away from GMC Jammu at the time of incident" confirmed Dr Zulfikar Ali Organizing Secretary RDA. "The baseless allegations against our President are condemnable and amount to character assassination we will fight till we are breathing" said Dr Romil sharma organizing secretary RDA. "If the false allegations are not removed by the police authorities Within 24 hours i.e till Monday 4 pm we will go on indefinite strike and responsibility will be of police authorities" said Dr Akhil Gupta joint secretary RDA. |
