Manjit Singh criticizes anti-people policies of BJP 3/2/2015 1:05:55 AM Early Times Report Vijaypur, Mar 1: Former Minister and senior Congress leader Manjit Singh today condemned anti-people policies adopted by the Modi Government at central level. Singh was chairing a monthly meeting of Congress workers in Vijaypur where discussed various issues being faced by the people. Manjit Singh said the BJP Government in centre has been exposed with its anti people policies like land acquisition bill and budget 2015-16. "The controversial land acquisition bill was brought by the Modi Government to benefit big business houses in the country while it ignore the poor farmers since their rights on their own land has been snatched with no security," Manjit Singh said. He said that the corporate sectors or big industrialists can take away the cultivatable land from the farmers as the Modi Government working for their benefits.
