| Sant Nirankari Mandal donates 150 units of blood | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 1: Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organized a voluntary blood donation camp on Sunday, at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan Marheen. Devotees of the Mission from Branch Dayalachak, Muthi Rakwalan also participated in this camp to spread the message of Baba ji that "Blood should flow in veins and not in drains". As many as 200 Volunteers came forward for donation.
According to press release, Ajit Singh, Zonal Incharge, Sant Nirankari Mandal zone 1 inaugurated the camp, while speaking on the occasion, he thanked all for organizing camp and said that Sant Nirankari Mission is offering selfless services for the benefit and welfare of Mankind. In his address he described the camp a great way towards the service of humanity.
He said that devotees here take the service of humanity as their aim of human life. The Camp was attended by several dignitaries including Dr Naveen From Blood bank GMC Jammu, Satish Virdi Sanyojak Kathua and several prominent citizens of the town.
Dina Nath, Mukhi, Sant Nirankari Mandal branch Marheen welcomed the prominent citizens, Hospital Authorities, volunteers of the Mission.
The blood camp was held in collaboration with Blood and Transfusion Department of Government Medical College, Jammu, Indian Red Cross Society and JKSACS. |
