| PFJDS organizes programme on 'Youth Leadership' | | |

Doda, Mar 1: A three day programme on Youth Leadership and Community Development was held at GHSS Boys Doda which was organized by Peace Foundation for Justice and Developmental Society (PFJDS) in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra Doda from 25th Feb concluded here on Sunday.
According to press release, the programme was honored by District Education Planning Officer Mohammad Ayaz Mughal as Chief Guest while Social Activist Nuzhat Iqbal Zargar, Prinicpal GHSS Doda Nek Ram, Cultural Officer Sheikh Salah ud Din and Coordinator NYK were the special guests on the occasion. The aim of holding this workshop was to strengthen youth and enhance capacity of youth people to take social leadership to actively participate in youth welfare besides channelize the youth energy in constructive and developmental activities.
The welcome address was given by Principal GHSS Boys Doda Tanvir Ahmed Wani who threw light on the topic and exhorted upon the youth to actively part in such programmes. As such Dr Jamsheed, Vivek Singh and Mubina Shapoo ceremonize their duties as Juries.
In the programme a total of 40 students participated who were later awarded with Ist, 2nd and 3rd Prize and participation certificates.
In the whole of three days, Dr Jamsheed Zargar, Nuzhat Iqbal, Prof Babu Ram, Sheikh Javed KAS and Ajit Singh Thakur and Sheikh Salah ud Din acted as Resource Persons. At the end of programme Chairman PFJDS Nisar Banday presented formal vote of thanks.
