Sharma appointed Private Secretary to Dy CM 4/21/2015 11:13:56 PM Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 21: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today ordered appointment of Rakesh Kumar Sharma as private secretary to Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh. As per the order issued by General Administrative Department vide No. 581-GAD of 2015 Dated 21-4-2015, Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Private Secretary with Commissioner Secretary to the Government Public works (R&B) Department is transferred and posted as Private Secretary with the honorable Deputy Chief Minister. Sajjad Ahmed Bhat, Private Secretary with Director Estates J&K is transfer and posted as private secretary with Private Secretary with Commissioner Secretary to the Government Public works (R&B) Department.
