INTUC condemns police lathi-charge 5/15/2015 12:10:06 AM Early Times Report Jammu, May 14: Jammu and Kashmir INTUC has strongly condemned the police lathi charge over the protesting ITI and CP workers of PHE and all other government departments in the State. In a statement President State Unit of INTUC Shiv Kumar Sharma has strongly criticized the policies of PDP-BJP government which is using repressive measures against the working class especially the low paid employees and workers who agitate for their genuine demands of wages and regularization. Strongly condemning the lathi charge on agitating workers yesterday, Sharma said that since the PDP-BJP coalition has taken over in the state, it has adopted anti employees and anti workers polices and used strong methods to crush the voice of poor workers who are already bearing the brunt of inflammation of price hike in the country which has touched new heights under the BJP led NDA government at the centre.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
