SAI holds trials at Srinagar from May 25

JAMMU, May 14 : The Sports Authority of India (SAI) in collaboration with J&K State Sports Council is holding selection trials for proposed extension centre at Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar in two disciplines of football and volleyball from May 25.
The two-day selection process shall be held at Gindun Sports centre, Raj Bagh Srinagar on May 25 and May 26 from 9 am onwards.
" Those interested players have been advised to report to incharge, SAI extension centre, Satish Sharma at Bakshi Stadium Srinagar on given dates and time," incharge Sports Training Centre (STC) Jammu, Varinder Sharma told .The admissible age for the target players is between 12-18 year with medal at the state and national level event. Those talented and budding players can also apply.
"The boys need to report with four passport size photographs, documents in support of age, educational qualification and sports achievement. The expenses incurred on to and fro the given venue shall be borne by the players during the trails including boarding and lodging," further said Varinder Sharma.
