JAMMU, May 14: The ten day Yoga training Camp for NCC Naval Cadets conducted by 1st J&K Naval Unit Srinagar at MHAC School, Nagbani from 4th to 13th May, concludes today at MHAC Nagbani. Cadets learnt almost 20 Asans including Surya Namaskar, Pranayaam, Meditation, Ardh ushtra asan, Mrichhasan, Vakraasan, Bhujang Asan, Sarwang Asan etc. Students exhibited their performance on the concluding day in the presence of the expert S.Pathak & IInd Officer Ajay Bharti Sharma, Incharge NCC Navy MHAC School. Principal MHAC , Alok Betab presided over the valedictory function of this camp. In his message, he appreciated the learning ability of the cadets and motivated them to continue with the yoga practice in their daily life and also spread this knowledge to their families and the society. |
