JAMMU, June 12 : In order to involve young men in constructive activities, the Bhaderwah Campus of University of Jammu (JU) has decided to hold a state level Twenty20 Cricket Tournament in the last week of June on the campus.
This was decided in a meeting of the university officials and representatives of the local clubs besides senior cricketers held under the chairmanship of Rector, Prof GM Bhat.
Discussions were also held with regard to required infrastructure the team of technical officials for the smooth and successful conduct of the event.
Among those who attended the meeting were Chhering Tundop, Arif Haleem Khateeb, Haris Riaz, Manzer Saleem Malik, Imran Malik, Sameer Malik, Rahul Sharma and Rahat Mughal. |
