People stage protest against PWD 7/26/2015 11:48:47 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, July 26: To lodge their protest against PWD, a large number of locals of Rathian and Battal Ballian today assembled and raised slogans under the leadership of Manmohan Raina sarpanch of Ballian in which others also participated, they said that the condition of Battal Ballian Road was very bad. The road is very bad and is not in motarable condition most of link road have developed pot holes and when it rains the water logged road pose hazards to drivers and the pedestrians as well. They warned the concerning authorities and the disst. admn if the Battal Ballian road was not repaired at earliest.
