| JU administration misleading Governor House | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 24: Jammu Youth Forum has put a question mark on maintaining constant silence by Raj Bhawan over the University of Jammu functioning in an autocratic style under the patronage of Vice Chancellor R D Sharma, who is adamant to play with the future of scholars in a revengeful manner in order to settle scores and satiate his vested interests.
This was stated by JYF President Mohd. Akram Ahmed while interacting with the press today and said that a sordid act replete with vindictive attitude of the Vice Chancellor has exposed his clandestine agenda of using goons to intimidate and interfere in the freedom of press having launched a crusade against the corruption prevailing in the system besides allowing these goons to indulge into anti-university activities to vitiate the academic atmosphere of the University. He further added that these goons have been blackmailing the university administration to get undue benefits since long saying that instead of putting a lid on these unlawful activities and making the campus environment conducive for academic upliftment, he is using them to justify his wrong doings.
The President JYF alleged that JU administration is misleading the Governor House over various enquiries initiated pursuant to directions of the Chancellor just to protect his sycophants involved in such inquiries appealing the Chancellor and Pro Chancellor to order high level probe to unfold the unholy nexus being run in the University under the administrative control of the Vice Chancellor. |
