5 injured in two different accidents in Banihal 9/29/2015 11:33:10 PM Early times Report Banihal, Sept 29: Five persons were injured and two critical in two different accidents on Jammu Srinagar national highway near Banihal. The injured persons after first aid in Banihal hospital were shifted to Srinagar SKIMS for further treatments. Police sources said that the first one took place during night at 3am near Hingni Banihal when a Tata mobile bearing registration no JK03E-2542 was on its way from Jammu to Srinagar skidded off road and fell down in a Gorge resulting in serious injury to two persons. After the incident Police and traffic police with the help of locals shifted the injured persons to Banihal hospital where after first aid doctors referred them to SKIMS Srinagar. The duo was identified as Driver of the vehicle Umar Amin son of Mohammad Amin of Fate Pura Anantnag and Gulzar Ahmed son of Basir Ahmed sheikh of Anantnag Kashmir. The second accident took place near Shababass Banihal on highway to a van where three persons got minor injuries and they were also shifted to Banihal where after treatment doctors discharges them.
