Cong leads protest over non supply of ration 11/21/2015 11:20:09 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 21: Alleging that Udhampur locals are without sugar for the last three month due to non supply of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CA&PD) Department ration in Udhampur district, the District Congress president Anil Pachiala led a protest of locals demanding regular supply of ration to the people of Udhampur. Anil Pachiala Working District President Congress (Udhampur) alongwith party workers and locals staged a strong protest demonstration against CA&PD Department at Salin Talab Ration depot for their alleged failure to supply of sugar in time. Congress leader who led the protest said that 35 kg ration supply as assured by the concerned CA&PD Department has utter failed to supply sugar to rationees for the last three months reasons better known to concerned authorities. Protestors demanded from CA&PD Department and district administration to provide the 35kg ration and sugar on priority basis to the people of Udhampur.
