Udhampur, Nov 21: The Rashtriya Rifles Battalion at Jhangar Reasi, conducted lectures by the Medical Officer on 'Health and Hygiene' on the occasion of World Toilet Day.
Nearly 248 students hailing from various schools at Government High School, Laroka attended the programme, which was aimed at educating the students of the importance and relation of cleanliness, good health.
The local populace appreciated the concerted swachh bharat campaign undertaken by the Army in sensitizing the young students towards the vital aspects of hygiene and sanitation. |
