JDA launches anti-encroachment drive 11/22/2015 12:15:11 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 21: Jammu Development Authority (JDA) today launched an anti encroachment drive around the busiest shopping Complex Bahu Plaza, Rail Head Complex to remove the unauthorized encroachments which causing traffic hurdles/ chaos.
