Minor domestic help rescued by child rights activist

Jammu, Nov 21: In a bizarre case, a minor domestic help who was alleged converted into another religion after he was purportedly forced by his father to work onto the house of an influential transporter was rescued by child rights activist and chairman voice for right with the intervention of district administration. Deepika Singh, Chairman Voice for Rights after came to know that a minor who is being taken to home by someone after they found him roaming in Nanak Nagar area reached there and took him to Gandhi Nagar police station and after Deputy Commissioner (DC) Jammu Simrandeep Singh directed the child Line to took the child with them for temporary shelter. On Monday the child would be produced in front of DC Jammu and after his statements FIR would be launched against the masters who kept the child under their captivity and their parents who forcefully send their child for domestic worker.
