Jammu, Nov 21: Five Days civil defence training programme commenced at Govt College for Women Gandhi Nagar on Saturday. According to press release the camp is being held under supervision Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Tejinder Kour. In the camp, Dr Rajinder Thappa, Dy Divisional Warden gave detailed lecture on types of fracture, first aid and total management of fractures from site of accident upto hospital for the victim. Dr Thappa also showed detailed management in cases of disasters, in the camp instructor Rajinder Kumar, Parshotam Kumar and Prof Neelam Thappa also participated. |
