Three injured as car rolls down | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Aug 13: Three persons were injured when a car in which they were travelling rolled down into deep gorge at Champari near Chenani along Jammu Srinagar National Highway in Udhampur district. According to the police reports, a car bearing registration no JK02BF-2772 on its way from Doda to Jammu met with accident at Champari near Chenani when driver lost the control over the vehicle and it rolled down into deep gorge. "Three occupants in the car sustained injuries, police sources said. They said, "Police team was rushed to the spot and shifted injured to District Hospital (DH) Udhampur where doctors after giving first aid to injured referred them to Govt Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu for advanced treatment." "The injured have been identified as Ashu Devi (21) d/o Suket Singh of Malota Thathri Doda, Bashir Ahmed (60) s/o Gulam Ahmed of Kishtwar and his wife Salima (58)," police sources said. Chenani police registered the case and investigation starts. |
