| Dr Deepak Abrol elected Vice President Radiation oncologists | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 19: Cancer Specialist from Jammu Dr Deepak Abrol elected Vice President North Zone Association of Radiation oncologists of India.
According to press release, Dr Deepak Abrol Radiation oncologist working at GMC JAMMU has been elected as Vice President of prestigious North Zone Association of Radiation oncologists. Dr Deepak Abrol was already working as Joint Secretary of National body AROI and executive member of NZAROI from J and k State for last two years.
He has also worked on Editorial board of News letter of AROI. Dr Manoj Gupta from IGMC Shimla was elected President while Dr Manish Pandey will continue as General Secretary. Newly appointed executive took over the charge in recently held conference at Faridkot where Dr Deepak also delivered a talk on recent advances in radiotherapy techniques in carcinoma breast.
Besides being active Member of AROI, He is also member of Indian Cooperative Oncology Network, European Society of Medical Oncology and Indian Society of Oncology. He is also founder of LBN RADIATIONS OF HOPE a cancer care Foundation working for cause of cancer awareness, free screening, and research through Cancer research and analysis bureau. |
